These Big Green Egg Apple Smoking Chunks add a smokey flavour to fish, meat or poultry. Soak a few chunks in water for approximately 15 minutes before use, then scatter onto the coals. Chunks burn more slowly than chips, so they are ideal for larger cuts of meat or longer cooks.
