Two handles make it easy to use in the oven or on the hob. Copper provides excellent thermal conductivity, allowing you greater control over your cooking. The heat distribution is extremely even and the pan will respond to changes in heat virtually immediately. This wok is constructed from 90% pure copper, with a stainless steel interior for ease of cleaning and an induction base that allows you to use it on all hob types. The stainless steel handles will remain relatively cool while cooking on the hob and the glass lid is oven-safe up to 200°C. The base is what sets the Prima Matera range apart from similar ranges of copper cookware, as it allows for the pan to be primarily constructed from pure copper. It is not dishwasher-safe.
