Goyon-Chazeau is a third-generation family company located in the city of Thiers, the French capital for cutlery.
This Le Thiers Brasserie Steak Knife Set is handmade in the Goyon-Chazeau workshop from high-quality stainless steel. This steel offers excellent cutting performance, is very corrosion-resistant, and has a brilliant mirror-polish finish. The handles are gracefully curved and crafted from juniper wood, which has a peppery fragrance that gives as much pleasure while using as to tasting. The 'Château de Pirou bee' adorns the bolster in tribute to the oldest monument in Thiers, and the blade and tang have a chiselled decorative design. This set of 4 knives is presented in a wooden box.
