It has a fine mesh filter that allows for even extraction, absorbing the flavour of coffee while keeping grounds at bay. This results in a smooth, low-acid, and clean-tasting cold brew. It is designed to fit into the shelf of any fridge door. The three parts are easy to disassemble and clean by hand or in the dishwasher. To use, add ground coffee to the filter basket and pour a little cold water over it, stirring gently to moisten the grounds. (Use 80-100g ground coffee for every litre of coffee.) Then add water to fill to capacity and leave grounds to steep in the refrigerator for 8-12 hours. Serve over ice, either black or with milk. You can remove the filter and store cold brew coffee in the pot for up to three days, so it's ready to enjoy.
