This ravioli tablet, made from high-quality cast aluminium, has moulds that guide you towards the perfect size and pasta-to-filling ratio. Roll the wooden paddle over the tablet once both sheets of pasta are on the tablet and it will quickly cut your ravioli into twelve uniform pieces.
Care Instructions: This product is made from cast aluminium, hence it may discolour or rust when wet. It should not be washed; any residual pasta dough or flour left on the mould should simply be brushed or wiped off with a dry brush or cloth between uses.
