The Marcato Atlas 150 Pasta Maker has many unique patented features that set it apart. Its ultra-durable, stick-resistant rollers create an ever-so-slightly porous dough so your pasta will bind to sauces more easily. The machine comes with built-in attachments in three versatile shapes: smooth lasagna, wide fettuccine and thin tagliolini. The Pastadrive motor eliminates the need for the hand crank. It attaches securely to the machine and rolls the dough for you, letting you place the pasta maker so it faces you directly and use both your hands to manoeuvre the pasta. An adjustment knob lets you decide the thickness of your pasta on a scale of 0 to 9, which is essential for making different filled and unfilled pasta shapes—as are the ravioli tablet and pasta wheel also included in this kit.
