A manual pasta machine that 'extrudes' pasta dough in order to make five different shapes: bucatini, fusilli, macaroni, mini macaroni (maccheroncini) and rigatoni.
---DETAILS---
The most trusted name in pasta equipment, Marcato's pasta makers and accessories are made to withstand many decades of use. The Regina Pasta Extruder manipulates dough in order to make five complex shapes: bucatini, fusilli, macaroni, mini macaroni (maccheroncini) and rigatoni. Using the manual machine is easy: Simply feed the dough through the top window and rotate the crank. You'll see the pasta come out of the side of the machine in long strips, which you can cut into short pieces with the slicer (the loop to the side of the machine, which can be lifted and pressed down. The extruders and slicer are made of chrome steel. This machine should never be cleaned with water; simply brush clean, or for a deeper clean, disassemble, leave to dry for a few hours, and scrape off any dried-on parts before reassembling.
