This Scalloped Santoku from their Genesis range features a full tang which means the steel extends the full length of the handle. Fully forged from superior, high carbon, stain-free German steel, the taper-ground blade is very strong and resilient and is joined to the handle with a well-balanced bolster. The handle is made of Santoprene® thermoplastic rubber which makes it comfortable to hold and ensures a non-slip grip. This Asian-style knife is for slicing, dicing, mincing and the scalloped edge allows fast easy cutting. 18cm.
