This traditional bamboo whisk or Chasen from Moya Matcha is crafted from a single piece of bamboo with 100 fine, handmade prongs. To use, whisk the matcha and water vigorously in a zigzag, not circular, motion for about 20 seconds until you have a lovely jade-green foam.
