Alex Pole cookware is made from spun carbon steel having a thinner, lighter construction than traditional carbon steel or cast iron, but with the same incredible searing power and durability. The pans heat quickly and retain high levels of heat – which translates to the perfect browning of meat, seafood and vegetables. Best of all, over time – and with proper care and maintenance – these pans develop a 'patina' that resists food sticking to the surface, providing a sustainable alternative to non-stick cookware. This Heritage Carbon Steel Lid is compatible with the Alex Pole Heritage Carbon Steel Oven Skillet. Proudly made in Dorset and backed by a 100-year warranty.
